Who we are
Uncle George Moving is a moving company in Edmonton, Alberta. This policy covers the information you give us through this website, by phone, by text and by email.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a move we collect your name, phone number, email address, the addresses you are moving between, your moving date, and the details you choose to share about your home and belongings.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, plan and carry out your move, contact you about it, and take payment. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services we need to run your move, such as our crew, the software we use to schedule moves and send quotes, and our payment processor. Each of them may use it only for that purpose.
Moving tools on this site
The moving estimator and box calculator run in your browser and send nothing to us. The moving checklist saves your ticks on your own device only.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for your move, our records and the law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Call us at (587) 545-6549 and we will reply within 30 days.
